Data we collect and process
Our legitimate business interest is to provide you, the job seeker, with the email/and or phone details of UK employers looking for Live In employees. It is on this basis that we may obtain personal data from you (in the form of your email to us and our response) if you so choose to send us an email via the email address shown on the Home Page of this website.
We do not offer you a facility to register your personal details directly into this website and we therefore cannot and do not collect any personal data from you directly from this website.
We do not use cookies/analytics or collect any information regarding your IP address.
Our website is entirely designed to be for information purposes only and allows you the free choice to contact us by email or phone if you wish to find out more about our service.
If you do send us an email, we will collect and use your email address to carry out our legitimate business interests in terms of supplying you with the description and contact details of a range of current job vacancies.
How will we use your personal information?
When you send us an email, it will contain your email address which is categorised as personal data. You might also send us other personal data in terms of your resume or CV. As stated we will only use your personal data to respond to your email enquiry and to subsequently provide you with contact details for employers looking for staff. We will never share your email address or content with any third party employer or any other third party except if we are at any time legally obliged to do so. We will never sell your personal data to any third party.
Data sharing
We will never share your email address or the content of your email with any employer. The only circumstances where your email correspondence with us might be shared is if we are legally obliged to do so, for example, by the Police or Immigration Service.
We are also happy to offer general advice on the UK hospitality job market.
How can you update/ correct or delete your Personally Identifiable Information?
We believe you should have the ability to access and edit the personal information that you have provided to us by email.
You will always have the right to update your Personal Data or ask us to stop sending you further emails regarding vacancies and you can do this by sending an email to deecooperjobs@gmail.com confirming your right to ask us to cease contact. We will within 28 days delete all email correspondence between us. This does not affect your right to contact us again in the future if your needs change.
Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we'll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected which is to provide you with contact details of job vacancies.
We will in all cases delete email correspondence between us within one year of your first email to us or as stated above at your request.
Your right to ask for your data or a Subject Access Request (SAR)
You have the right at any time to ask for us to provide you with the information we hold on you. In all cases this will simply be the email correspondence between us from the date of your first contact. We do not collect, process or share any other information about you. We will send you copies of this within 28 days of your request.
